Workmanship warranties cover installation defects and do not cover damage caused by severe weather, acts of God, improper maintenance, or modifications made by third parties after project completion.
Certain roofing materials, including stone-coated steel systems, may carry separate manufacturer warranties. Manufacturer warranty terms, limitations, and registration requirements are governed by the respective manufacturer and are independent of our workmanship warranty. We will assist you in understanding and registering applicable manufacturer warranties at project completion.
